Boyfriend out off country says air conditioner unplugged last fall as was bogging down car...it noe hot hoe do I plug it back in

Depends on what he unplugged. Check under the hood. See if the belt for the AC compressor is there first. Next look for a two-wire connector near the compressor. IF it's not connected, connect it. Other than that, relays and fuses could have been pulled.
