What are "parties" and how are they related to tire wear? What does the tire wear look like? Is it identical on both tires?

What does it look like? Wear on both inner edges? Outer edges? Is one side of each block of tire tread raised and one side is low, (called feather-edging)?

Did anything happen recently like hitting a curb or pothole? How long since the last alignment?
