Whilst driving at about 60km / h, there is a kind of shudder on the kind. It is like somehing that is spinning is off balance. At 80, this becomes more noticeable and over 100 km/h, the vibration is bad.

There are many things that can cause a highway vibration. The pitch of the vibration is different from a driveline vibration to a wheel vibration and a skilled tech can tell the difference when driving it so that's what I suggest.
