I found the leak, broken exhaust manifold rear bolt. How hard is it to change and what is the average repair cost? How hard is it to replace a exhaust manifold bolt that is broken off and how much does this repair normally cost to repair? Have a p0455 large EVAP leak code so that made me start looking around my engine.

If the bolts are not rusted into place, it is not hard to do. As far as the cost, if you can, get a good manifold from a salvage yard. If you get it new, expect to pay around $200.00 for it. Then, labor will be around two hours.

Did you solve the problem and what is it? I do have same code and I replaced the fuel cap but code still there. I will try to replace my vapor canister purge valve. Hoping that is the one! If not, I will go check also with the exhaust manifold. Appreciate if you can response, Thanks!
Or if there is anybody here has same problem, please let me know. It is my first time posting here.
