cylinder misfire

Idles rough, has code misfire on cylinder 5. what does that mean ?

This means cylinder 5 is not firing properly. The crankshaft position sensor expects to see an acceleration on the crankshaft after it fires each spark plug. When it doesn't see this then it sets the code.

This could be due to no spark, fuel, or compression on that cylinder. Here is a guide that will help with this:
