slow down in idling as if it wants to cut off

Hi there. I have a 2006 hummer h3. I don't know if it need spark plugs or maybe a complete tuneup but when pausing in traffic it seems to slow down in idling as if it wants to cut off.

it kinda slows down in idling when stopped in traffic

With 11K miles, it shouldn't need anything. However, if that should be 112,000 miles, check for vacuum leaks and check the IAC.
