2006 Hummer H3 Getting Two Leaks Under Hood Drip Pan Way Cannot S Coming

Getting two leaks under hood. Drip pan in the way and I cannot see where it's coming from. Smells and looks like water but has an oily feel. Any suggestions?

IF the fluid feels like oil and is clear, check for power steering leaks.
