It happen when turning the wheel and crossing over a bump slowly.

Over time bushings will make noise in the front end. One big culprit is the spring seat as they tend to wear out quickly. There is not much you can do besides replace them.

At this point I would suggest having the trouble codes pulled. Any Advance Auto or Auto Zone will do this for free. You don;t want to spend money on something you might not need, so it is best to be sure. Those parts are not cheap.
