2006 Hummer H2 Been Running Good Two Days Later Clicking Sound Valves Oil

It has been running good, then two days later clicking sound in valves and oil pressure gauge keeps dropping below 40 into the 20-15 pressure. Is it time for new oil pump or is it serious like the bearings???

it cold be just a bad oil filter for one. have the engine manually checked for oil pressure first.
