Here is the procedure, the only thing missing is console removal. Do you need that, or is it obvoius what needs to be done?
Range Selector Lever Cable Replacement
Removal Procedure
†Position the shift lever to the park position.
†Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
†Ensure the transmission manual shaft is positioned to mechanical park.
†Remove the range selector retaining clip and then the cable from the bracket at the transmission.
†Remove the range selector cable end (2) from the transmission range selector lever ball stud (1).
†Lower the vehicle and ensure that the shift lever is still in the park position.
†Remove the console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauge. And Console.
†Remove the cable end (1) from the floor shift control assembly ball stud.
†Remove the range selector cable (2) from the floor shift control assembly.
†Remove the grommet on the shift cable from the floor panel.
†Remove the range selector cable from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
†Route the cable through the hole in the floor panel.
†Ensure that the steering column shift lever is in the park position.
†Install the cable grommet to the floor panel.
†Install the cable end (1) to the floor shift control assembly ball stud.
†Install the console. Refer to Console Replacement in Instrument Panel, Gauge. And Console.
†Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information.
†Ensure that the transmission manual shaft lever is in the mechanical park position.
†Install the range selector cable into the bracket at the transmission.
†Install the cable retaining clip.
†Install the range selector cable end (2) to the transmission range selector lever ball stud (1).
†Lower the vehicle.
