Cruise control stopped working

Cruise control on my vehicle listed above just quit. How do I troubleshoot problem?

Hello,

First see if the brake lights work. Next there is a fuse #6, #7, #9, #46 and #47 that need to be checked. I have seen the clock spring go out behind the steering wheel which will make the cruise not work. Here are two guides and the cruise control wiring diagrams to help you see how the system works and what to test:

Thanks for this post. I had the clock spring go out I had to get a new one for $121.00 all fixed! I love this site.
