how do i replace rear wheel bearings?

how do i replace rear wheel bearings? Is this something i can do myself or do i need a professional?

Rears are fairly easy. Remove the caliper and rotor. Remove the center cap and nut. I believe it is a 30mm nut. Remove the hub assembly and install the new one

You will need a press to remove the bearing once you remove the hub itself.
