Hi there
I bought a honda civic 2006 from a salvage.the steering is too heavy nd the warning steering light is on as well. I changed the battery but it didn't help..please help ..

You need to get a scan done and report the set fault code, has this car been in a front end collision?

Yes..the car had front driver side damage . But yhe damage was only minor

If the wheel was struck, damage may have been done to the steering equipment, this must be investigated first.
