The theft system would shut down the fuel pump. If you have no injector pulse but the plugs are wet, check fuel pressure to make sure the regulator is working and not allowing pressure to get too high. If that checks good, you most likely have a leaking injector. However, it would be really odd that all of them would leak at once.

One last thought, make sure the spark to the plugs is a hot blue snapping spark. If it is orange or white, it may be too weak to burn the fuel.
