2006 Honda Civic battery

Is it possible for the battery to not work because of the heat? I had to get a jump this morning and the guy checked the battery, said it was fine. This is what he told me.

Something electric could be staying on and running the battery down when it's parked. I recommend having it tested for a parasitic draw.
