Why doesn't my power door lock on the passenger side front door unlock with the switch or key fob?

When I unlock my doors the passenger door doesn't unlock. It seems like it tries because I see it slightly move when I press the button. It works fine manually locking and unlocking it.

Most likely you have a bad door lock actuator.You will have to make sure you have the proper ground and power going to it.

Either the actuator motor is weak or linkages are stiff. You would need to remove the door panel to check.
