I just spun out on black ice and traveled into the median. The car drives fine under 50 mph, but above that it shakes. I will be at my local mechanic's on Monday, but what is the most likely problem? Is it safe to drive under 50 mph?

Suspect a bent wheel or dirt is impacted behind it. It should be ok to drive, but to be safe, you might want to check the lug nuts to be sure they're tight.
