2006 Gmc Sierra Having Problems Cooling Fan Relays Check Engine Light On Had

I am having problems with the cooling fan relays. My check engine light is on and when I had it checked it said there was a problem with the relays , I have replaced a fan motor and all three relays and still to no avail the fans will not come on. What should I check next?

Check to see if there is power at the relay.
