Won't pass Texas vehicle inspection with code po171. Have replaced the MAF, what else could be wrong?

I'd want to look at the 02 sensor for bank 1, see if it is showing lean. Richen the system, see if system will go rich. Use a gage and check fuel pressure. You may have to do an injector balance test.
