2006 Gmc C1500 Second Fire Truck Engine Fans Come On Shut Off Till Turn Truck

From the second I fire up my truck the engine fans come on and don't shut off till I turn off the truck. Was wondering what this might be?? The temp is normal around 100

check temp sending unit and fan relay.
