I had a 15 amp fuse that blew and it was replaced with a 20 amp by mistake. Now if I try to replace it with the correct 15 amp it blows instantly and now I have no interior or tail lights and I need to know how to fix it and how much it will cost me.

So your parking light fuse is blowing?Sounds like you have a short some where. It will all depending on how long it takes to find the problem and how involved it is to fixed. That will determine how much it will cost to get fixed.
