squeaky clutch..tsb from ford..new clutch slave throw out..the works..lasts for 5000 km..on third complete clutch change..now ford wants me to pay deductible..for a factory defect they can`t seem to fix..also in the summer here in the okanagan when it`s really hot..stick shift is really sloppy and rattles in every gear on acceleration..i`ve brought this to ford`s attention several times..and they don`t know what it is..help..thank you...mike...truck has 45k on it now

One thing you might try is to ask the service department to show you the, :Service Bulletins" at the dealership.
These are internal memos to help technicians diagnose problematic issues. Sometimes they are called, "Public information Bulletins", as they are open for the public to inspect, but you have to ask for them. You might find them on line at the Transportation
Safety Bureau, but to get them at the dealership puts them in a corner.
It is worth checking if there is a related service bulletin. Between the fact that you have reported it several times is enough to have them drop the fee.
