My air condition is not working I've only had the vehicle since March so up till now not used it,so I thought it wanted recharging I've had this checked they say its full can you advice what I need to check I've got no leaks that I no of

Does it blow air out the dash? If it blows out air and the air isn't cool, could be problem with directional door uhnder the dash?

You could check voltage and ground for the compressor clutch. Gray wire with white tracer is voltage with hvac on. Black wire is ground.

Have the vehicle checked for ac trouble codes. Some of the national brand auto stores will check codes for free.
