A/C takes a couple of miles to come on after it was switched on directly after the engine was started (appr. 10 - 15 minutes) After it started to work properly it remains in a working order until the engine is switched of again, even after a few hundred miles. Can you please advise?

I would have the pressures checked when you first turn it on to see if there is a pressure issue. it could be a partially blocked dryer, blend door motor working slow or an electrical issue
