where is the speed limiter (speed Governor) fitted in a 2006 LDV Convoy minibus?

That's not a vehicle I am familiar with but most speed limiters these days are merely part of the programming into the computer operating system. We wouldn't give you advice on how to defeat a safety feature anyway, even if we could.

As wrenchtech said it is programmed onto the computer, if a tuner is made for it then you can change or eliminate it. you will have to check in your area at the parts stores for a tuner
