I hit this dog and the radiator busted so i know i need a radiator but i have no idea about A/C so i was wondering what could i have hit that would make the A/c have problems when the radiator busted?

Yes there is a possibility as the A/C condenser sits in front of the radiator, best to go get a pressure reading of the high and low side of the A/C system, if refrigerant is low or gone, you may have a cracked condenser.
