Warning lite appears along with poor performance, rough engine and stalling at low speeds. Restarting clears the problem, sometimes for days. Checked battery, wiring, grounds, reset computer, etc. No other codes or problems.

That is a correlation code for the "drive by wire" throttle system. It's probably going to need a new throttle assembly.
