My car doesnt blow hot air at all. I have replaced the thermostat and the coolant levels are where they are supposed to be. My car does not over heat, it stays at normal engine temp level when it is warmed up. My a/c works just fine and air when it is on hot is cold, it does defrost the windows but blows cold to the touch. If I turn the contols off then back on it will blow hot for about 30 seconds and then goes right back to blowing cold. Any suggestions on how to fix my heat issues?

Try pulling hvac fuse for 60 seconds with key on first it may reset the actutators. If that doesn't work then see if the temp actuator is getting power or not it could be the actuator is bad.
