Deceleration jumpy, glow plug light occassional shows resulting in a lack of power - limp mode - no turbo power felt, tickover uneven - irratic and engine "growl". This despite new progressometer(throttle) fitted and turbo actuator repair.

Start with checking for any fault codes with a scan, do a compression check, check fuel system, filters ect and check actual boost pressure, you may have a problem with a leaking waste gate.
