My speedometer has for some reason stopped working? Is is cheap to fix and how will a garage fix it? How can I fix it

Chances are the vehicle speed sensor (VSS) has gone bad. It isn't an expensive part and you can replace it yourself. Here is the location of the sensor. Check out the diagrams (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

I have the car listed above 55 plate. My ABS light is on and my speedometer does not work. I have tested all four ABS sensors with a meter, all four seem to read about the system. And I have bought a new speedometer sensor for it, but cannot seem to find where it goes, can you help please?

For speed sensor look on transmission output area. as far as ABS here is a video to help you get the codes to help fix the problem.
