2006 Ford Fusion Just Had New Motor Put After Blown Head Gasket Now There

I just had a new Motor put in my fusion after blown head gasket. Now there is clicking when I put it in reverse, and shifting makes a weird noise like I can feel it in the gear handle.

take it back and have htem recheck their work like if torque converter bolts are tight.
