right engine mount eliminate vibration?

I am selling my car and a mechanic told me that i needed an right upper engine mount to eliminate the vibration i was feeling but wasnt necessary. Should I replace and fix this minor problem if im trying to sell it or just leave it?
would my car pass a safety with this?

That isn't something they check. Also, if the vibration is bad, you will most likely get more for the car if it was repaired.
