2006 Ford Focus Powertrain warning light

The powertrain warning light came on today and disappeared ! It only stayed on for 5 mins.

Well I was trying to get out of the car park at work and the car engine seemed weaker and the warning light appeared. I turned the engine off and one and drove home and it seemed okay.

Since the light is off, you could try to scan the computer to see if there is anything saved or pending. It may indicate where the problem came from. If there are no codes and the vehicle is running correctly, it becomes difficult or a guessing game to figure out what may have happened. You may have to wait till it does it again and hopefully catch it while the light is on.
