2nd Gear Harsh Shifting

Heyy I have this ford focus at my garage. The problem is that I have harsh shifting on the 2nd gear and after that there is no problem 3rd & 4th gear are very smooth. The harsh shifting is only from 1st to 2nd gear no problem when shifting from 3rd to 2nd. The problem is the same whether i'm driving it automatic or on manual. Does the TCM cause this problem or any oither electrical part. Note : i've replaced 2 transmissions & the prob is the same.

Hook up scan tool see if any codes in TCM if none diconnect battery for a few mins. Then reconnect and drive does it now shift smooth?

I hooked up the scan tool no trouble codes & I also disconnected the battery for 10 mins but also the problem is still.

Have you tried replacing the shift solenoid? It may be a little sticky or beginning to fail
