2006 Ford F 350 Idle F350 6 0 Powerstroke Diesel Oil Pressure Drops Very Low

at idle in my 2006 ford f350 6.0 powerstroke diesel the oil pressure drops very low...if I raise the idle with the accelerator the pressure comes up, but then drops back down. i just did an oil change, and this did not help
any ideas?

could be oil pump, worn mains and rod bearings or the high pressure oil pump.
