Brake pedal goes to floor

When I pump it up hard and then press it down hard it goes to the floor every thing is new my machine said this is normal( I do not agree.) My truck is a 2006 f150 xlt

Which pedal the brakes? sounds like it is an abs problem. This guide will help us fix it
