engine sputters feels like going over a rutty road

2006 f 150 Doesn't happen all the time only three. looses power once at 70 and 60 mph. I let off the accelerator it stops.

The first time I was pulling my camper home. I was doing about 50 mph lost acceleration let off the the pedal it stopped the engine light came on briefly.Driven several times since then 70-75 mph no problem till this weekend got up to 70 mph and it started again slowed to 60 mph did it several times at slight inclines.
