2006 Ford Explorer spark plug #4 consistent replacement

I was just wondering why this problem consistently reoccurs? I'm sure it could be a few things but having knowledge of what those few things could be would be helpful.

it can be a bunch of things best thing here is get a compression check and leak down test on that cylinder see if it may be a something internal or maybe a bad valve seal. it may also be a leaky injector or maybe a bad plug wire
