my car always display low fuel level even when the tank is filled with fuel and the fuel gauge on cluster board does not move or show fuel level,i dropped the gas tank n was told the gauge is ok but the fault is still there

have the dash checked it may be bad if you dropped the tank i'm assuming the sending unit is ok. if it gets power, ground out the pin and if gauge goes to full then it's the sending unit in tank
