I have a Ford Explorer 2007 I just got my gas filled R134A for the Air Condition but it sometimes gives Cool Air and Sometimes Hot Air....Can you please help me with my problem!

if it was just refilled and not evacuated and then recharged and the receiver drier not replaced then it's probably freezing up it will blow cold for about 15-20 minutes then stop then do the same thing again. it will need to be eveacuated , pumped down drier replaced and pumped down again then recharged to fix it.
