2006 Ford Escape Hybrid

I just bought a 06 Escape Hybrid. I noticed that the engine coolant in it is orange colored, and the manual specifies that it needs to be yellow. Is this a big problem? Do I need to get the coolant changed?

it calls for Ford premium gold coolant but ti there is an equivalent in autoparts its ok. what you have is dex cool
