One day engine light came on. Shortly after a rough idle and it started to stall when I would give it gas.I stared by putting a new battery, changed oil, replaced fuel filter, spark plugs and coils. After that I went a block down the street to gas station to put some gas in it. Started the van up idles better put it in drive and gave it gas it struggled at first had to rev the engine at stop light so not to stall. Continued to gas station. Pulled into parking lot and it died on me. Cranked it back up and started to drive had to keep pressing gas pedal so not to stall until I had to stop at light and then it died. Started it up again pulled into driveway and then it dies again. Started it again then stopped put it in reverse and gave it gas and it dies again. Started once again had to keep reviving the engine just to get in parking space. Please help me.

YOU NEED TO GET IT SCANNED FOR CODES, INSURE YOU GET THE CODE NUMBERS, NOT JUST WHAT THEY MEAN, MOST POPULAR AUTO PARTS STORES WILL DO THIS AS A FREE SERVICE. THIS WOULD BE THE 1st COURSE OF ACTION.

THIS COULD BE THE ISSUE TOO

THE "GENTLE SMACK THING" MENTIONED MIGHT ALTER THE IDLE, THUS VERIFYING THAT THIS, INDEED, MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM. SEE MY ANSWER IN THIS LINK

A124 AND TRT30 SEEM TO WORK STILL, MAKE DRY RUNS WITH THE PROMO CODES TO SEE WHAT WORKS BEST FOR YOUR SITUATION. (THIS IS INFO FOR THE LINK INSIDE OF THE LINK ABOVE)

RETURN WITH GOOD NEWS!
