2006 Ford Crown Victoria Odd smells and steam

Very strong sweet smell coming from car. Steam coming from under hood. Car is not overheated according to temperature gauge and is not warm to the touch. Pool of liquid forming under engine.

it sounds like you have a coolant leak,you need to have the cooling system inspected and/or pressure tested.
