Engine squealing

A cyclic chafing sound from the engine compartment, very noticeable when idling. I have replaced the fan belt and serviced the car. It is a 1300i with power steering and aircon. The noise is difficult to pin point and is always present. Any ideas?

yes take teh blet off and see if it continues. it may be a tensioner as that should be replaced with belt. we have no info fo r this car.
