78k miles on truck. The problem happened years back but was intermittent. Now it has become a daily occurrence. I have cleaned the Throttle body, changed the mas and checked all over for leaks. The problem is actually worse with the new mas. It has a K and N filter charger on it. Idles at 500 maybe 550 but under load like turning into a parking spot or backing up a slight incline it will stall out. Check engine light if it does come on has the low idle fault and no others. I do not know where to turn to next.

If you have already cleaned the throttle body and throttle plate thoroughly, then you likely need a new IAC.

Seriously?
I am rather confident this engine doesn't have an IAC. How about you provide the part # for a 2006 f250 v10 4x4 IAC,

Didn't realize it was a drive by wire so you're right. There may be an issue with the throttle actuator.
