Window will not go up

My right rear window will go down but it wont come back up.I have tried 5 new window regulator assemblies and they all do the same. Down but no up. I checked the power from the switch and I have power on both sides.

Yes, but do you have grounds? You need to check both. It sounds like this is the area of failure

I had this same problem and this might not be your solution but.
The window track for my window was rusted off on the lower end causing the motor to work way too hard. I went through a few motors until I looks for another problem. This is what I corrected and now the windows is working the way it should have all along.
