4x4issue

06 2500 power wagon, 5.7 hemi, 4x4
service 4x4 light is on, says I'm in 4x4 mode when I'm not.
The switch for the front electric sway bar, continually flashes
and does not turn on or off, just blinks.

Thoughts please??

You need to have the computer scanned to identify where the problem is coming from. Chances are there is a sensor that is bad.

is there a scanner I can buy for this, my ob2 scanner works on engine and other codes, but is not picking up the drive train??
The dealer wants way to much to do just the dio;
I have seen some blogs about re-flashing the drive train on dodges, but the dealer also wants an arm and leg to do this, can I reflash and upgrade the firmware/program myself??

Yes, but they are very expensive. They read everything from engine, AC, trans, ABS...
