2006 Dodge Stratus Left Side Driver Window Working Everytime Rolled Down

My left side driver window is not working everytime i rolled it down completely it wont come back up usually i have to wait hours before it will work. if I only roll it down part of the way it works fine what could be the problem.

Remove the door panel and check the wiring. Also, check the wiring between the door and the door frame. Sometimes the wiring gets damaged there.
