My car is a special edition and my car won't start I check my fuse relay center box and my 20 fuse was blown out I replace it and it keeps blowing it out.everything works but my car won't start

the fuse blows for a reason. there is a short in that circuit. you need to trace the wiring on that circuit to determine the failure
