how can you clean oil sludge out of a 2006 dodge ram 1500 hemi 4x4 without having to replace whole engine

had sent it to an auto shop and they had it for 2 weeks and didnt fix anything

You can try kerosene or diesel to flush it out if not open it up and inspect the oil pump sump pick-up screen for debris
